How to obtain a remote opinion

Mr Allibone is able to advice on cases remotely.

• A clinical resume containing as much medical information as possible should be sent to jade.dempsey@hcahealthcare.co.uk.
• Jade will arrange for any images to be transferred to us electronically.
• Where appropriate, a telephone or video-link consultation can then be arranged
• Once all the information is available, Mr Allibone will provide a written opinion.
