Day case injections

• These are performed In the operating theatre
• The injections are performed using X-ray guidance by Mr Allibone.
• Expect to be at the hospital for 4-6 hours
• You will be lightly sedated for the procedure; you will not be aware of the injection.
• You need to be accompanied and should not drive home afterwards. You should not  drive for the subsequent 48 hours
